Budgets
This guide will walk you through the steps involved in topping up your user acquisition budget within our platform.
1. Subscription Payment
Before proceeding with budget top-up, ensure that you have subscribed to our service and completed the necessary payment process. Please consult your Account Manager for assistance with the subscription payment.
2. Initiating Budget Top-Up
Once subscribed, you can proceed to add more budget to your account. Follow these steps to initiate the top-up process:
a. Log in to your account dashboard https://labs-prod.noctuaprojects.com/authentication.

b. Click on your profile icon located at the top right corner to access your account settings.
c. Select the "Top-Up Balance" option.

3. Entering Top-Up Amount
Upon selecting the "Top-Up Balance" option, you will be prompted to enter the desired top-up amount. Please enter the amount you wish to add to your user acquisition budget. Note that the minimum top-up amount is $500.

4. Making Payment (Bank Transfer)
After entering the top-up amount, proceed to make the payment using the available payment methods, specifically opting for a bank transfer. Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete the payment process securely:
a. Initiate International Transfer: Follow your bank's instructions for initiating an international transfer. This may involve selecting the option for international payments or wire transfers.
b. Enter Payment Details: Enter the top-up amount you wish to transfer in the designated currency. Double-check the amount to ensure accuracy.
d. Verify Transaction Details: Review all entered transaction details, including the payment amount, recipient information, and currency conversion rates (if applicable), to ensure accuracy.
e. Authorize Payment: Once you've confirmed that all details are correct, authorize the international transfer by following the prompts on your bank's online banking platform. This may involve providing additional authentication, such as a one-time password (OTP) or security question.
f. Retain Transaction Record: Save a copy of the transaction confirmation or receipt for your records. This documentation may be useful for reference purposes or in case of any payment-related inquiries in the future.
5. Verification Process
After payment confirmation, please send the receipt to your Account Manager. Your top-up request will undergo verification, which may take a few business days.
6. Reflecting Balance
Once the verification process is complete, your account balance will be updated to reflect the newly added budget. You will receive a notification confirming the successful top-up.
7. Automatic Utilization
The balance added to your account will be automatically utilized for User Acquisition (UA) activities according to your campaign settings and budget allocation.
8. Non-Refundable Balance
Please note that the balance added to your account through the top-up process is non-refundable. Ensure that you carefully manage your budget allocation to optimize your UA campaigns effectively.
